    Cancellation Policy

    Your appointments are very important to us at Palm Beach Hair Co, we understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A card on file will be required for any service.

     

    Please understand, that when you forget or cancel your appointment, without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We earn our living by performing services, so missed appointments affect us greatly. We love what we do but remaining organized and punctual is important to us.

     

    Our appointments are always confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks or months ago. Electronically, you will receive 2 reminders and 1 confirmation request from our automated system. You can cancel or reschedule by clicking on the link in our automated notifications. We will also personally call or text you to confirm the details of your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment.

     

    If you do not cancel, reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.

     

    • Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
    • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 
    • 50% of your service amount may be requested as a deposit for multiple service appointments.
